An E-card for RockenWraps, a "most unique and truly new innovative concept in drum finishing" founded by QUEENSR?CHE drummer Scott Rockenfield, has been posted HERE

According to the company's official web site, "RockenWraps will forever change the way drums are seen. Literally!!"

"Designing a drum kit that was unique and stood out to the crowd was always my goal, yet the one thing that I could not find was something unique with the actual drum finish itself," said Rockenfield. "Almost all of the finishes that were available were 'solids,' or 'sparkles,' or 'wood tones,' etc., etc. I wanted to be different!!!!..."

    holy fucking ugly!

custom drums are cool, some of them at least *cough*, but these are hideous.

It's hardly "unique", Remo did a similar thing a few years back. I believe Sonor also experimented with interchangeable coverings.

They didn't catch on. And the designs Rockenfield has come up with are bloody hideous, so I can't see them selling that well either.

    They certainly are different.
One or two are ok if you like bright colors.
